SUPER EAGLES COACH PESERIO RATES PLAYERS HIGH DESPITE 1-2 DEFEAT TO ALGERIA

Following the 2-1 defeat to Algeria in Tuesday night’s friendly game, Super Eagles coach, José Peseiro says he proud of the team’s performance.

Three–time African champions Nigeria scored earlier in the game courtesy TERRE MOFFI`s strike before RIYAD MAHREZ and YOUCEF ATAL responded for the Algerians.

In his post match interview, PESERIO who did not put blames on any one, believes his team will improve in subsequent games.

Next friendly game for the Super Eagles will be against Portugal in November.
