FOOD CRITIC EMPHASIZES IMPORTANCES OF DIFFERENT DELICACIES

A Nigerian-born food critic, OPEYEMI FAMAKIN has described food criticism as a lucrative aspect of entertainment in journalism that investigates different delicacies.

FAMAKIN who visited Solutions FM studio during the FRIYAY SHOW, which airs on Friday from 2pm to 4pm, explained that food criticism is not just about eating, but researching and educating people on the benefit of different local and international foods.

The food critic said he has travelled to Borno, Bayelsa and other states in Nigeria to eat their local foods, talk about it with his followers.

He emphasized the need to explore different Nigerian delicacies to encourage cultural heritage.
