PRESIDENT BUHARI TO HOLD VALEDICTORY SESSION WITH RESIGNED MINISTERS TOMORROW

President MUHHAMADU BUHARI will be holding a valedictory session with some of the ministers told to vacate their offices due to their 2023 political ambitions tomorrow.

The Senior Special Assistant, Media and Publicity to the President, Mallam GARBA SHEHU revealed this today during an interview.

MR SHEHU who said the president’s irreversible decision also has nothing to do with the Section 84(12) of the Electoral Act 2022.

Following the directives of President MUHHAMADU BUHARI, informing political appointees and Heads of Agencies with political ambition to step down before May 16, some ministers including Minister of State for Education, CHUKWUEMEKA NWAJIUBA, Minister for Transport, ROTIMI AMAECHI, Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, GODSWILL AKPABIO and Minister of Science and Technology, OGBONNAYA ONU have all resigned.
