2023 PRESIDENCY APC YET TO AGREE ON CONSENSUS CANDIDATE
National Women leader of the All Progressive Congress APC DR. BETTA EDU has revealed that the National Working Committee of the party has not confirmed if there will be a consensus presidential candidate for the ahead of the 2023 election.
DR EDU while speaking this morning few hours after the party`s National Executive council NEC meeting in Abuja says more information from the National working committee NWC and the NEC will be revealed on or before the June 1st to 3rd deadline .
Speaking on the party`s nomination form pegged at 100 million naira for Presidential and 50 million naira for Governorship form, DR EDU also confirmed that APC has excluded women and People Leaving With Disabilities from the fees while reduction was considered for youths to participate in the forthcoming polls .
Recall reactions are already trailing the nomination and show of interest form fees announced by the ruling APC NEC on Wednesday.
