Oyo North Senatorial Candidate of the Accord, Honourable SHINA PELLER believes the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System BVAS as one of the changes that will bring fairness in the forthcoming 2023 elections.
PELLER an entrepreneur cum politician while discussing the chances of the Accord Party and other parties, including the statement of the chairman, Independent Electoral Commission INEC, MAMMUD YAKUBU on the use of technology for the election says the development shows that the country`s electoral umpire has taken a great step of instilling confidence in electorates and the candidates.
Recall, INEC Chairman, MAMMUD YAKUBU on Wednesday reiterated the electoral body will not reverse its decision to use Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) and the INEC Result Viewing Portal (IReV) for the 2023 general elections.
