International Men’s Day: Solutions FM Hosts Mini-Table Tennis championship, Daily independence emerges tops…

RAJI ADEBAYO of Daily Independent emerged champion of Solutions fm’s madien mini-table tennis championship tagged Men On Board.

The event which brought together players from different media houses and social media influencers within Ibadan was hosted at the premises of Solutions 93.9fm ‘Aweni house Oke-Ado Ibadan,on Tuesday 19th November 2024 in commemoration of this year’s International Men’s Day.

Mr RAJI ADEBAYO who is also the chairman, Correspondent Chapel Oyo state defeated Mr FEMI AMUSAN of AIT/Ray Power Ibadan who is also the national treasurer Sports writers Association of Nigeria SWAN in the final.

Meanwhile TIAMIYU ADEBAYO of Solutions Fm and GBENGA OLUGBOD of Nigerian Tribune emerged 3rd and 4th respectively.

Speaking after emerging victorious, ADEBAYO hailed the the management of Solutions 93.9fm for the initiative which also fosters comradeship between journalists in the state.

Earlier, the Chairman , Solutions 93.9FM Olooye ADEGBOYEGA ADEGOKE FCA , the Aare Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland charged the participants to always find time to recreate after the day’s job , which he believes will help ones creativity.

Olooye ADEGOKE who was represented by the Cheif operating officer Solutions 93.9fm Mrs FUNMI CHIMA maintained that the remedy dial would also continue to support people oriented programmes and events which will uplift the peace growth of the state.

Recall, Solutions Fm in 2023 organised a free Integrated Health Check for 400 rescidents in the city of Ibadan in collaboration with Breakthrough Action Nigeria BA-N, USAID in commemoration of the international Men’s Day.

Participants at this year’s event, include players from , Federal Radio Cooperation of Nigeria (FRCN), Spalsh FM, Honour Fm Omoluabi FM , Success FM, JDN radio and Nigeria Tribune.
