Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), Oyo state chapter has conferred the title of grand patron on the Managing Director, Ilaji Farms, Engineer DOTUN SANUSI.
Speaking at the investiture programme held at the Ilaji farms and resort on Friday, Chairman, Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria (ACPN), Oyo state chapter, Pharmacist ADEBAYO GBADAMOSI highlighted versatility, humanity and humility as the reasons Engineer SANUSI was selected for such esteemed position.
GBADAMOSI, while addressing journalists during a sideline medical outreach organized for the people of Ilaji community at the same venue where the investiture took place, stressed the need for people to avail themselves for regular medical check-ups so as to catch all irregularities early.
On his part, the newly conferred grand patron, Engineer SANUSI said his interest in activities that concerns the community was what prompted him to accept the offer.
He also promised to deploy all resources in his capacity to execute his role.
Meanwhile, National Chairman, (ACPN) pharmacist ADEWALE OLADIGBOLU, who gave the keynote address, decried the use of hard drugs in the society especially by young adults, while calling on parents to engage in continuous monitoring of their wards.
