
The class of 1982 of Oke’Badan High School, Oluyoro, Ibadan executed some major projects in the school.
This included the rennovation of some classroom blocks and purchase of some items for the school such as Chairs, Tables, School bags, etc.
The Project was headed and execuded by Major General A.M Alabi (rtd) with some other class members.
It was subsequently commissioned by the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General T.A Lagbaja who was reperesnted by the General Commanding Officer (GoC), O.G Onubogu.
Diginitries present at the Commissioning were, Governor of Oyo State, who was represented by Chairman of TESCOM Group, Pastor Akinade Alamu, Commissioner of Education represnted by Mrs Felicia Oyerinde and Otun Olubadan of Ibadan Land, H.E, High Chief Rasheed Ladoja.
Others include, Chairman, Ibadan North Local Government Council, Honourable Ibrahim Akintayo and the President General, Oke’Badan High School Old Students Association, Dr. Rafiu Oladipo, Old & New Students, Teachers, etc.
Also present at the event was a Reporter of Solutions 93.9FM, Oke-Ado Ibadan and an alumni of the school, Mr Abass Ishola.
Projects commissioned includes Classroom Blocks, 200 Chairs & Tables, 100 School Bags, Writing Materials, etc.
